GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - The founder of the Holland Latin Kings 21 years ago was sentenced for up to 20 years in federal prison yesterday after pleading guilty to racketeering and conspiracy charges. Eric Rubial was the apparent top suspect taken in a 31-person sweep of gang members in February of 2013; all of the others either accepted plea deals with prosecutors or were convicted of various counts.
