GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - Sentencing is scheduled today for Jeffrey TenElshof, a 32-year-old Jenison man who pleaded guilty in October to larceny by conversion charges in a deal with Kent County prosecutors. He allegedly accepted money for residential contracting projects but never completed the work. As part of the agreement, TenElshof is to repay over 11 thousand dollars to the victims in exchange for dismissing two other counts and capping jail time to his sentence that could go as long as five years.
