HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- The city of Holland has made it into the semifinal round in the Georgetown University Energy Prize Competition. To make it to the semifinals, the city was required to submit a detailed program plan to the Energy Prize committee by November. Communications manager Anne Saliers said that city residents are encouraged to be a part of the competition.
