UNDATED (WHTC) -- An accident after 10 P.M. Saturday night in Olive Township closed down 120th Ave. for about an hour as crews cleared the debris from the road near Stanton St. Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Christie Wendt reports that 57-year-old Sandra Elgersma of Hudsonville, ran the Stop sign on Stanton St. at 120th Ave.
Elgersma was cited for a Stop sign violation. John Ruiter and Elgersma had minor injuries. A passenger in Ruiter’s vehicle, Rebecca Marshall, was not injured.
