UNDATED (WHTC) -- A common Christmas gift is on the recall list. The Olympic Mountain Products Tealight Wax Warmer set, sold exclusively at Costco, has been reported to have an erratic or extremely high flame. The company received 22 reports about the problem with two minor burn injuries to consumers and one incident resulting in minor property damage. Customers should stop using the item immediately and return to Costco for a full refund.
