GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - Officials of the Grand Rapids’ office of the March of Dimes Foundation say that close to 53 thousand dollars was raised by around 200 participants in the April 13th March for Babies in Holland. It was the first such walk held in the state this year, with other slated throughout the rest of the spring. Money raised will go towards research into infant and childhood diseases, most notably ailments stemming from premature birth.
