HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The newest contest centered on Holland’s signature event climaxes this evening with the announcement of the winner of the first Tulip Time T-Shirt contest. More than 75 designs for a two-color shirt were submitted online, with the winner receiving a prize and having their creation adorn t-shirts that will be sold through the festival office and online. The eight-day Tulip Time Festival kicks off on May 4th.
