HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The Holland community gets a chance this evening to meet the man that may take over coordinating the Tulip City’s Human Relations Commission. A reception for Leroy Hernandez begins at 6 PM in City Flats Hotel’s CitySen Lounge. The position was changed from a directorship in an organizational realignment when Al Serrano retired in January. If he is appointed as coordinator, Hernandez’ hours and pay will be less.
