HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- A Park Township woman that was reported missing on May 28th has been confirmed as the body found this past Monday in Lake Macatawa. Her body was identified through a forensic examination. Barbara Joan Westveer was reported missing by her husband. She reportedly left home without her personal belongings or any known means of transportation. Lt Mark Bennett says the autopsy has not yet been completed. Preliminary findings show no signs of trauma to the body. The case remains open and under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Detective Unit.
