DETROIT (WHTC) -- Taylor Teagarden's three-run homer in the fourth inning made it difficult for Rick Porcello and the Tigers to mount a comeback. Porcello (4-4) had won his previous two starts, but gave up six runs on nine hits and two home runs in six innings to earn the loss. The Orioles had 17 hits in the game, with Chris Davis hitting two homeruns and getting five RBIs. The Tigers had 11 hits but couldn't bring many runners home. The Tigers start a four game series against Boston at Comerica Park tomorrow. Game coverage begins at 6:40 p.m. on 1450 WHTC.
