PARK TWP., MI (WHTC) - Sheriff’s deputies will not disclose the name of a Kalamazoo area woman whose body was found along the Lake Macatawa shoreline in the Waukazoo Woods area on Tuesday. She was reported missing by family members on November 12th, and her abandoned vehicle was found parked at Holland State Park, leading to a search of the Holland Harbor channel. It is believed that she had committed suicide, as a note indicating such was found in the vehicle. Nobody had seen the victim drive into the park, as she apparently came during the Veterans' Day holiday in which the park was open but was not staffed.
